How much does VidAngel cost?

VidAngel offers three options to suit your preferences. Our monthly subscription costs $9.99 per month, or get the equivalent of two (2) months free when you sign up for an annual subscription for $99.99 for the whole year. Prices do not include applicable sales tax. Customers can also opt to try VidAngel with our First Episode Free plan, which lets you filter the first episode of any season of any TV show for free, without entering a credit card. Subsequent episodes and all movies require upgrading to a paid subscription.

What kind of filters do you offer?

We offer filters that skip instances of nudity, sexual content, gore, graphic or non-graphic violence, substance use, and other disturbing scenes. We also offer filters that mute instances of profanity, blasphemy, offensive slang, bigotry, sexual innuendo, and other forms of foul language. YOU choose what it is skipped/muted and what stays. You can set Default Filters that will apply to everything new you watch on VidAngel, or adjust your filters before starting each show.

What streaming services can I link with VidAngel?

VidAngel links to: * Netflix (ad-free plans only) * Apple TV+ streaming * Peacock Premium and Premium Plus * Amazon Video rent/buy * Amazon Prime * Amazon's add-on channels, including Paramount+, AMC+, MGM+, STARZ, PBS Masterpiece, and BritBox. You must have an active subscription to a streaming service to filter shows available from that service on VidAngel.

Does VidAngel filter every show?

Not yet. VidAngel offers filters for over 20,000 movies and TV shows, but not every title from your linked streaming services will be available right away. We work hard to keep up with popular new releases and are always happy to receive requests for shows or movies you'd like to see filtered. Please note: Due to agreements in place, we do not offer filters for content produced or distributed by The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros., or their subsidiaries.

How can I watch VidAngel on my TV?

VidAngel has TV apps available for Apple TV boxes, Google/Android TV, Fire TV, and Roku*. You can download them directly from each device’s app store. You can also cast to TVs that support AirPlay or Chromecast using our iOS or Android mobile apps. *At this time, only ad-free movies and shows can be filtered when using Roku, Google Cast or AirPlay.
